I think I wanted to do a screentone on the crowd in the first panel. Just for some depth? But, I didn’t. The new mayor’s mouth looks weird in the 2nd panel…? I didn’t put more detail in the buildings, I didn’t think they’d look right with the word balloons blocking them.
