Why is this a joke? Why is that a punchline? I had other places to go with it, like another panel where he’s in hell saying “me & my big mouth” or something. Like, why IS he standing at the pearly gates of heaven? Maybe he just got there and this is before rejection. Maybe he was in a holy war and this was where he ends up anyway because that’s the mentality of those things. Anyway, I drew it, I can’t undraw it, it’s here and on to the next comic strip.
