Happy Thursday. I’ve lost all track of time. Also I did something to my leg a few weeks ago and walking became very difficult, especially on the weekends when the weather was super awesome in Chicago.

Sitting was the other problem, especially when it involved sitting in front of my coffee table and drawing. I have two full page (4-6 panels) comic strips I was planning to work on LAST WEEK but just couldn’t sit still even on a regular chair in front of my drawing board. I finally worked on this simple 2 panel gag this week, which took a whopping TWO evenings to do. I’m getting better, I think, but this might be a long weekend away from the drawing table so I am not sure if I will have either of those planned strips ready for next week.

I think the other news to share is that almost all of the SPIDERS ARE FRIENDLY kickstarter orders have been sent out. Once again, if you backed it, thank you. The OTHER news to share is that I lost my day job. Uh oh! Hopefully I can find it again. Or, find a new one. Feelers are out and I have interview(s) coming up. I’m okay otherwise. It was time to do something else anyway.
