Happy Thursday! No big news over here, no big progress on anything. I didn’t draw much since the last comic strip. Last week I put a few ideas on paper and managed to belt out a comic strip. Also someone had a video of drawing tiny buildings, so I followed along. I draw different, I get different results. I have been rethinking my pens and, well, just drawing in general. For the grand schemes and plans I have, do I have the skill to match? Or should I just soldier on with my blobbish detail-light goofy looking robots? Well, there’s a comic strip tomorrow, so that’s a good sign. Hopefully I can get more drawings in October.

Don’t have much to say about MLB right now – maybe the Giants and Cubs will finish above .500. I feel bad for White Sox fans, I feel worse for Oakland A’s fans. I’d like to see the Brewers or the Padres go all the way. I think it would be funny if the Padres could steal their division from the Dodgers. I don’t like the Mets but a good friend is a Mets fan so hopefully they sneak in for him. I think it’s too late for the Mariners, the true playoff underdog. I’ll have more thoughts next week after the regular season is over.
