There you go, the first week of Mal & Dee. Just Mal so far, and this other guy. You’ll note how I take liberties with the word balloons, how in panel 2 they break through the border and in panel 3 it’s blocked by the border. This is something I did to adjust the size of the strip for its eventual reprint on a regular comic book page. If you didn’t know with Mort Inkingbot strips, they’re pretty much random sizes when I draw them. They would not be the same height after being shrunk down on the same width for a comic book page, but I never have the problem where they’re too tall to fit 3 to a page (unless one is more than 4 panels). This is my first effort to make it regular comic size so that all strips appear mostly the same size.
