Happy Monday. Building their world this week a little bit after the previous strip so there’s no real punchline type strips. Actually debated having the whole page 5 here, but nah, it’s my site, and I’m still working on page 6 as you read this.

So, if you didn’t see my last post: I went to New York for almost a week, and then I had to work on putting together RwC #6. I likely won’t have a table at C2E2 (big comic show in Chicago, April 11-13), but if you follow me on bluesky you’ll know I’ll be hanging around with some pals in Artist Alley most of that weekend. I’ll update frequently there so you’ll know what I’m up to, and I’ll have copies of issue 6 with me.

New York was exhausting, if i didn’t mention that in my last post. I did stop by St. Mark’s Comics in Brooklyn – it used to be a store in Manhattan, but closed and under a new owner opened in Brooklyn. It’s a GREAT comic shop, and in a really cool location surrounded by other interesting stores and restaurants. They have copies of SPIDERS ARE HELPFUL, making it somehow a better store.

I’ll try to get page 6 done before C2E2, as page 5’s setup continues into 6 and will need a double strip for it to have better impact (instead of separate 3 panel strips). Sorry for the explaining, that’s what happens when you live in your own head for so long.
