Happy Wednesday! One thing I noticed is that I used a thinner pen, an 01 size, for most of the markings in the tree that is my signifier of tree bark. They seemed thin and more of a dark gray instead of black when I was editing this week’s strips, even after boosting the contrast. It looks okay here. I think when it gets shrunk down for print, they will look solid.

The first strip was wordless, this one here has few words. I do want to post strips where the “dailies” like this week’s get their own post, but if the strip doesn’t have enough or it’s dependent on the next one, then I’ll post two strips (like when I posted 5-3 & 6-1 together). I think Mal walking in on the forest full of torn up robots, and then this one where someone calls out to him and it’s a talking tree, get their own posts. They’ll be recapped on Friday!
