There you go, a set up! Woooooo!

I noticed as I was looking at the blank comic page, because I drew the last pages on full 11×17 paper, that the guides are not evenly divided as you think they’d be. Unless they assume that anyone using a 3 row layout always has the bottom row a quarter inch-ish shorter than the top two rows? Or the 3rd panel in each column is a litte wider than the other two? That’s weird to me. I swore I had TWO sets of comic board pads but right now I can only find one in my supplies, which I’ve been using lately. Look below at all three strips from this week in the recap, and you’ll see what I mean.

ANYWAY, this guy is up to no good, it seems. Then again, neither is “the Mayor” character who knocked Dee into this week (…from last).

As you read this, hopefully I’ve drawn page 16 and have it set up to go live next week. I am taking a tiny travel break the last week of September, so I likely won’t have anything for the week after. oooh just when I was getting on a roll, kinda.

Hey! How about a recap. NOTE: the trees in the 1st strip don’t match the trees in the 2nd, based on where I cropped them from the page. When they get printed, they will match. Though some of Dee’s hands or feet in the 1st strip might get cropped in print due to margins.
