Jim Thome of the Phillies was elected into the Baseball Hall Of Fame. He also played on the White Sox, and I’m grateful I got to see him in the famous “black out” game in 2008 (along with Ken Griffey Jr.’s amazing diving play). One of the greatest baseball games ever (sorry, Twins fans). So, congrats Jim Thome!
