Some robots can link up to form larger, more powerful robots, opening up abilities as a unit that they wouldn’t be able to by themselves. Except for these guys. They combine up to a point, never actually merging beyond the special armor that forms around them. They just don’t get along to get past the stage of adding larger arms or larger feet and the one jumping on top of the other. It’s a little unprofessional, if you think about it, we’re depending on these two so if they’re going to pull these passive aggressive stunts at each other like this then they better at least kick some enemy butt as a (technically) larger robot(s).
