Y’all don’t know how mad I am that President Cartoon Supervillain calls federal workers affected by the shutdown “on strike.” It’s a blatant misuse of the phrase this supposed man of the people throws out there to put the shutdown ON THEM.

That his party remains silent on it should speaks volumes: they think their base thinks that the base lives to serve rich people who can change their lives on a whim, usually for the worse, and not out of fear. That they are willing victims of indecision or blatant economic gambling.
