We’re back! This week’s strips were fun to do…but I am TIRED of drawing the stark black background, like with page 37. I kept it REAL simple, for REASONS…no train train silhouette. But I didn’t DRAW a black background, I just used brush pens through most of it. Which probably stinks up the place. But also it’s not completely out of laziness. Anyway, I never introduced Mal’s new friend by name. Here it is, it’s Dextor. And, apparently he’s dead. Whoops!

I’m typing this up on a Friday night after a couple days of intense smoke throughout Chicago and much of the midwest. Kinda kills the vibe to go out and do things. Anyway, this story continues tomorrow and Wednesday.
