I’ve been trying to pay more attention to the nuts & bolts (HA) of construction equipment, just to see how an excavator actually work. I pass two or three a day now on my way to work, as there’s nothing but construction from the train to my day job. The bot on the top is based on this tiny excavator I saw in my neighborhood that someone had parked on their lawn. Smaller than my car. Super cute.
