
Yesterday’s post, I mention that I usually spot blacks instead of the paint bucket tool in my art program. Here’s another example highlighted in the bottom of the first panel. I use a ‘brush pen’ from the line of pens that I mentioned last week were discontinued. I bought some other markers that are kinda like Sharpies. I RARELY use Sharpies for anything like this, and i discourage anyone doing so. Sharpie markers go weak reaaaal quick. You see how the fine point becomes round so quickly, and then the line weakens. Not what it was made for! I avoid them but do have a couple standing by with the rest of my pens.
All three strips have a lot of…style? attempts at something, I think. Maybe I succeed. I regretted using the tone markers in the 2nd strip but at the same time I like making it as I made it. Okay, here’s a recap. Next Mal & Dee strip is a full pager.
